2. Our Services
Crystal Design & Print provides custom printing, design, personalised gifts, and bespoke stationery. Product descriptions, images, and samples shown on our website are for illustration. Final products may vary slightly due to the handmade and custom nature of our work, screen colour settings, and material availability.
3. Quotes & Orders
All quotes are valid for the period stated and are subject to confirmation. An order is considered confirmed once you have approved the quote and final design proof. You are responsible for reviewing and approving proofs carefully — once approved, production will begin and changes may not be possible.
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices are quoted based on the specifications you provide. Any change in quantity, material, finish, or design may affect the final price. Payment terms will be communicated at the time of confirmation. We reserve the right to hold or cancel orders where payment terms are not met.
5. Artwork & Intellectual Property
You confirm that any artwork, logos, text, or images you supply for printing do not infringe the rights of any third party, and that you hold the necessary permissions to use them. You retain ownership of your supplied content; designs created by Crystal Design & Print remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Delivery & Turnaround
We make every effort to meet agreed timelines, but delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including courier delays, supply shortages, or incorrect details provided by you.
7. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
As our products are custom-made and personalised, orders cannot be cancelled or returned once production has started, except where the item is defective or does not match the approved proof. If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us within a reasonable time so we can resolve the issue.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crystal Design & Print shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our website, products, or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.
9. Use of Website
You agree to use our website lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation. All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is owned by or licensed to Crystal Design & Print and may not be reproduced without permission.
